George Stinsman

George Stinsman may be a new buisiness owner, but he's no stranger to the industry. Always having a passion for taking things apart and rebuilding them, even as a small child. After working for Unique Performance, restoring some of the most beautiful muscle cars in the country, modifying and building all kinds of motorcycles for over a decade he hooked up with Sal and spread a little chaos in the industry.

Sal Sciabarrasi

Sal Sciabarrasi's background in bikes started in motocross over 20 years ago. He raced throughout the East Coast with top five results in Amateur Racing and then went Expert for two years. He was a sponsored rider for companies such as Duffs, Suzuki, Thor, Gaerne, Dunlop, and Spectro. He managed a dealership for three years and qualified for the Amateur Nationals, but due to injuries and getting wrapped up hard in the dirt, forced him to stop racing. He decided to open The Engine Room in Patchogue, NY continuing to work on off- road and sport bikes. His interests in bikes and the possibility of getting into building custom choppers emerged when He met George Stinsman at a Christmas party in 2004. He knew he had amazing abilities working in mechanics and aspirations of opening a shop for building custom choppers. They spoke about the possibility of making this a combined effort and finally got together in early 2006 to start some mother fuckin' CHAOS together.
